Elevate - Video Thumbnails on the splash page (for the supporting content below main video)

The thumbnail option for videos on the splash page is not intuitive or accessible for the average user.. 99% of clients will have no idea how to find/generate a thumbnail link and showing people that process is anything but simplifying video for them. I get why it's technically a good solution, but can we add an option where they can pick a frame from the video? or even just upload an image of their choosing? as we're getting to the stage with multiple clients being let loose with this tool now

yes, uploading thumbnail image instead would be a great option, rather than finding thumbnail link of youtube video, or having to figure out how to create a thumbnail link yourself. youtube videos often start with a black frame (fading up from black), which then leaves a blank/black square on the splash page where the videos sit. having clients take a screen capture, crop and upload, instead, would be a great alternative.
